On January 1, 2023, Armatys Millard, PLLC, will open the doors of a new law firm in Richmond, Texas, specializing in Mediation and Arbitration of family law disputes. The firm consists of Walter Armatys and John Millard, two seasoned family law attorneys who served as State District Family Court Judges in Fort Bend County, Texas, for years.
Walter Armatys served as Associate and Presiding Judge of the 328th District of Fort Bend County. With more than thirty years of family law experience, including contentious custody and complex property division cases, Walter can assist you in resolving even the most challenging issues through mediation or arbitration.
John Millard served as Associate Judge of the 328th District Family Court, Fort Bend County, after successfully operating a family law firm for over thirty years. His time on the bench gave John a keen insight into how Judges think, what persuades them, what annoys them, and, importantly, what information Judges need to make an appropriate ruling. You can count on John's extensive family law experience and judicial wisdom to help you successfully resolve your family law case.
Armatys Millard, PLLC, offers Mediation and Arbitration services for family law cases of all types, including divorce, custody, modification, and complex property disputes. Services are available in person, via Zoom videoconferencing, or a hybrid of the two. Mediation and Arbitration services are available in half or full-day sessions. We even offer flexible after-hours sessions for those with busy schedules, including three-hour evening sessions from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. or Saturday sessions from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
